Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

We showed up at 8:50pm in the lobby on Thursday night (tonight). Before ordering we were told we can't eat in the lobby, all orders must be takeout. I thought that seemed wrong because the door has the hours listed until 10pm. I get the impression the people working didn't want to make us our food and just tried to brush us off so we would leave.I doubt the owner would have been happy seeing what happened.Then a group of about 15 teenagers came in and ordered after us. They were getting their ice cream before us despite us ordering first.

Tried to order through the drive thru but after 3 minutes of waiting, decided to order through the app. Good thing as they claimed card reader did not work.3 sundaes and an order of fries. Not hard. Did not get the hot fudge on one sundae, paid an extra dollar for it. The first fries were cold. Second time they were completely unseasoned.Drove from SW Ft Worth, over 30 minutes to get here. Won't waste our time again.

Man they really over did it today the burgers were just as juicy as EVER.....but the burgers were HUGE.......either that or I've missed them the last almost year since I've had Freddy's

Manager on duty today 4/13 at 630pm is doing too much. You're going to lose all of your good employees with managers like him.He makes the whole building tense. Bad look.

Might as well be McDonald’s because the ice cream machine always broke. Paper sign on the drive through and poor customer service suggests they are probably about to go out of business. It’s a shame because they are close to where I live and stay open late
