Worst pizza I’ve ever received. Had many dough bubbles, barely any sauce, and most of the slices with the air bubbles had nothing on them. Waste of money, threw most of it away. View all feedback.
Had to update my review from 3 years ago. i have ordered like 6 times know and all 6 were the best i have ever gotten from them the pizza fresh out the oven piping hot and delicious and the deliver is fast to and i know ii live like 3 min from the store but its alway fresh and hot not like other delivery place that take multiple order at a time. keep up the good work
This is terrible customer service. I ordered a pizza online and 3 minutes later the store called and said it will be over a two hour late (which was nice of them to call) but then he said, would you like to cancel your order and i said yes.... his response was cool, that 's awesome . like seriously... Never again at this dominos
I order four pizza the total was 45.00 the delivery guy Musa had call me two times to get my address I give it to him and he stiill couldn’t find the address..I will never order from this place thanks Musa for not delivering my kiss pizza I should of went with Pizza Hut with my choice
I just got an order almost a hour and a half later than I ordered that told me it would be 24-34 minutes! If it is a busy day, say or send that! When an order is placed read the directions. My delivery driver put my pizza drink on the ground when it says it was a regular delivery. Thank God I heard the faint knock, otherwise I’m sure the bugs would have been pleased! Dominoes you have done better in the past, so please do better!!!
This is the worst Dominos ever. I ordered some of the specialty chicken and had a free pizza available. My food was over cooked, literally burned. It wasn’t edible at all. I know they saw when packing the food in the box yet still decided to deliver this to someone. I called to report the issue and spoke to a young man named Jerrius and was told Tyler was the manager but wouldn’t be available until 5pm. The associate didn’t have the capability to offer a refund to my card but only a store refund. It’s now 9:05pm and I’ve been on hold for almost 30 minutes after someone came to the phone after 12 minutes asking…..no TELLING ME TO HOLD. I will be calling corporate to report this issue. This is unacceptable. I understand being short staffed but 30 minutes on hold to speak to ANYONE is ridiculous!
