Domino's Pizza - Euless

There are many bad reviews here, but I have ordered from this place, through the app mainly, for over a year now. My orders are correct and tasty the majority of time. There were a few chaos-ups, but underoccupied and human, I understand mistakes can happen. It is always delivered within a reasonable amount of time, followed by instructions. I live in a complicated place and they have always found my door and the drivers are always nice to me and my children.

Too bad, there is no option for zero stars. I am at work and have placed an order for delivery. Wait over an hour. When I called the guy I spoke with, was very rude when I asked for a refund and gave zero confirmation for my refund and just said okay! I'll tell my driver to turn around and hang him in my face! That's so disappointing. I'll never order from this place again. Jared is the name of the worker who was rude to me.

If I could give Dominos 10 stars, I would definitely! The Dominos employees work so hard, but always bring positive energy to the table. I guess you all make our food with a big smile on the side!

I ordered a pizza last night at 6:00 a.m. it took her until 8:00 to understand that my pizza order was never delivered. Five phone calls back and forth to try to get them my pizza to me and I'm still trying to get my refund the next day. It took not only three people, and the first did not even have a hint that it was going on and told me that he would call me back, not my name did not get my number. I should say the driver turned around and said my address was ugly, although I lived in the same apartment for 8 years and never had any problems getting a delivery of Dominos before. And it can't seem to get a real manager. So I'll call again every 5 10 15 minutes until I actually talk to the manager. I will not order from Domino the pizza is not as it was earlier it was a okay for 50% off what you have ordered, but now I know why they did this voucher customer service zero food quality good I would not know that I $20 for a pizza that has never been delivered and now I fight for a refund.

Order online from here. 1 pizza. Nothing complicated AT ALL. Was absolutely TORCHED. Burn on a crack. Tried to call three times after a remake and was suspended three times.
