Chili's Grill - Euless

Food and service was good. Still surprised that they only have very few servers which makes long wait times as during pandemic. Hopefully more staff is available soon esp at 9pm, there was only one server and few assistants.

Would have been a dine in 12:20 on Monday afternoon. They were not busy but somehow we waited 10 minutes and were never even spoken to let alone seated. Eye contact was made with the same waitress 4 times!!! We left.

The female manager seemed unfriendly and didn't greet anyone with a good morning, which gave off a rather rude impression. Additionally, it would have been appreciated if the waitress hadn't been blowing vape clouds throughout the restaurant.

The server appeared to be somewhat disinterested in our table. She was the only server in the restaurant, which may have contributed to the situation, but the other staff seemed to be ignoring the tables and leaving everything to her.

The bathroom gets a perfect 10/10 for dealing with nausea. If you try the spicy shrimp tacos, be prepared to make a quick trip to the restroom about 20 minutes later, where you'll experience a unique kind of art in the process!
