Ian our server was awesome. Very attentive, knew the menu and kept us comfortable today for a late lunch. I wish he'd train servers across D/FW. I had the Cubana Club, and it was very good. The kids got shrooms appetizer, gringo dip chips and a brownie with ice cream for dessert. It was a very good experience start to finish.Parking: Ample parking. What Reyna Marines doesn't like about 54th Street Drafthouse Euless:
Food was good. Service…not so much. I didn’t quite catch the servers name but she was super inattentive. She brought me the wrong drinks and took forever to bring me a side of sauce. 90% of the time she was no where to be found. After we paid, she yelled out loud in the restaurant complaining about the tip. If you are looking for a restaurant where the server is never there, this is the place for you. Won’t be back. Terrible service even worse customer service. After waiting 30 mins for my food, a simple plate of calamari, it comes out to me cold! The waitress takes the plate back to the kitchen comes back asking if I just wanted to take it off my check or warm the plate up since she didn 't think I 'd want to wait around for another batch to be made. After talking to the manager, Daniel, he offers nothing at all to save the experience here. Instead, he has an attitude like im irritating him. I 'm not looking for free food, but the least you could have done was comp my $10 drink. I like the calamari here, but I 'll never come to this location again!
Always a good option for a biz lunch. We tend to sit in the bar area and switch up what we get. Everything so far has been great. I personally love the Havana
I visit this restaurant very often. Service food is always been great but last night staff was a extreme let down. I went to the bar to place a to go order. I placed my order at 9:10 pm. I ordered a sandwich fries so it should have only took 15 minutes to make. I asked 2 different bartenders on 3 separate occasions, can they check on my order. On the 4th time of me asking they went to the kitchen brought out my food, by this time it was 9:40 pm. Almost 30 minutes for a to go order with just a sandwich fries is completely unacceptable. I checked my order before I left of course the fries was cold it was only 8 fries on my plate. I notified the bartender she SNATCHED my food out my hand thru it in the trash very aggressively. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was very respectful smooth things over. I was very disappointed in my experience at this restaurant especially that I’m a regular customer here. I won’t be returning to this 54th Street for a while.
First time here. Food is a bit pricy, but not if you consider the quality and portion size. Super tasty and fresh. Highly recommend it and I'll be going back soon. Had an Alfredo pasta and those tater kegs. Man were those good! Large and hot and delicious.
Wonderful leadership by manager, working together with her employees to fill in where needed is excellent leadership. Delightfully illustrated difference between a boss and a team leader.Highly recommend mushroom appetizer, and flat iron steak. Scallops okay but unimpressive. I was too hungry to stop and take pictures of my food.
