Sweet Cheeks Winery - Eugene

I visited this winery based on my Airbnb host's recommendation, and I’m so glad I did! It was my first time at a vineyard, and I came for a wine tasting. Unfortunately, I couldn't explore the vineyard since it was harvest season. However, this place definitely deserves to be recognized as one of the best in Oregon due to its excellent service and beautiful surroundings. They are dog-friendly too! The only downside is that they don’t offer food pairings with the wine; they only have meat and cheese available. I have to mention that their dried fruits are incredible! They occasionally have food trucks, which is a nice bonus.

The views are absolutely stunning! We had a wonderful time with the wine tasting and the cheese plate. I'm also grateful that our little dog was welcome to join us! However, I noticed there wasn't much food accompanying the cheese and crackers, which made me wonder if they allow guests to bring their own lunch. I would recommend calling ahead to confirm, as we saw several tables enjoying their own picnics.

We had a lovely time enjoying the summer flight paired with the cheeseboard. It was a beautiful day, and the staff was incredibly friendly! We also decided to sample the Coldfire IPA and the Sweet Cheeks Cider on draft. It was exciting to try their unique take on cider, which was a dry apple variety that was both tasty and refreshing. It definitely piqued our interest. We can’t wait to return soon!

Fantastic waiter in the hills south of eugene oregon. breathtaking view over the valley of the rebs, a large indoor outdoor space for this view and space for special events. the wine selection is good, flights are available to try them, not much for food, except cheese plates. parking is in front of place. the personal was phenomenal. so friendly! we had live music at our visit to enjoy, but I think that could be a matter. I want to come back in any case.

This is a beautiful place full of lovely and accommodating employees! They go above and beyond to ensure everyone is enjoying their time. Patty is warm and friendly and made us feel welcomed. Kasey was AMAZING and handled a large,difficult group in the nicest and most professional way. It's hard to imagine that people would be unappreciative at a winery, but you see it all. They handled it with grace! Thank you for all that you do and the best wine west of the Mississippi. ?
