I've been searching for a place like Stretched. The spice level was perfect, the noodles were a true work of art, and the meat was cooked to perfection. The soft-boiled eggs (which I typically worry might be overcooked) were sublime. The pancake added a delightful salty flavor and was a wonderful way to soak up the generous broth when my bowl was nearly empty. You definitely want to indulge in this food. Reluctantly, I decided to order the cumin beef noodles from Stretched. What a pleasant surprise! They were absolutely fantastic.
