I had a very pleasant experience here. Will definitely return and recommend.

Ordering... read more Probably the worst and most unusual Starbucks I have ever been in. We were traveling through Eugene and decided to stop for coffee and check our email. Ordering and coffee was fine. The unusual part was the bathrooms. One was marked employees only(employees must have to go alot to have a bathroom of their own). The other was locked. Girl behind the counter said someone wasusing the bathroom and had a 10 minute limit. We were there over 10 minutes. I finally knocked on the door no answer. I'mthinking they keep it locked so they don't have to clean it. Anyway we decided to leave and went across the street and used thefacilities at the Fred Meyer.

Not only did they vocally c... read more Order was correct, but they had a lot to say about our order, and made fun of the extra substitutions that I requested and paid for. Not only did they vocally complain as I was ordering, they wrote So much effort on the cup. Not professional or kind at all. Not the Starbucks way.
