Was kinda surprised that there are waiters at all. We seated ourselves, placed our appetizer order on the screen machine (don 't play the games! They charge $2.99! And the waitress was great, but only brought drinks and took our main order...however there is a place on the computer to do that. People from the kitchen bring the food.. so kinda weird for tipping at the end...since there was a computer, waitress and server ...and to top it off the waitress asked us to do the survey after paying on the computer..bc they get/don 't get hours to work based on their reviews!! kinda crazy. I understand wanting good service, but we just give her a review based on drinks and main order service?? Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
While the service was good, the kids' meal severely disappointed us. We ordered a mini pizza that came out burnt. They happily made us another one, but it was similar. Attached are photos. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
We love going on Tuesday right now because cheeseburgers and unlimited fries, broccoli, or salad are $9.99. One of my only complaints there is they are a little slow, but they will give you a basket of whatever unlimited item you ordered to start with while you wait. Sometimes you have to ask for it. Something I didn't realize before, is they put dill pickles and dill pickle relish on the cheeseburgers. I meant to ask if they have sweet relish instead. Dill relish is for hotdogs! The atmosphere was fantastic and the service excellent. We visited on a busy Saturday night and were seated in under 20 minutes. Our server, Alyson, was a joy—friendly, upbeat, and attentive without being intrusive. Although there were a few issues with our order, she promptly resolved them and checked back to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. If her manager sees this, Alyson definitely deserves a raise!
Stopped here for my birthday with family (actually it was day after, busy week), had the Royal Red Robin Burger and substituted the Impossible meat and it was delicious ????
The wait to be seated was only about 15 minutes even though it was a Friday night Our server was very polite and friendly, if not as attentive as we might have liked. She did appear to be very busy. She wasn't standing around or anything. The food wasgood and, as usual, a good value.
Every experience I've had at Red Robin over the last 20 years has been wonderful. The fries are amazing, the burgers are delicious, the appetizers are the best, and the staff has always been cheerful and delight. I am a huge milk shake fan and theymake the best Bailey's Irish Cream Milkshake. It's definitely worth a try.
Haven?t been to Red Robin in a while and I might think twice to go back to this one. I?m certain they hire college kids, but these girls need some professional training. Could be just me but the college kids they hire at Texas Roadhouse presentthemselves better. Then the kicker for this place and these girls was the restroom. There was smelly water all over the floor, the toilet paper cover on the floor with only one roll of paper. The seat covers empty also. Then when I said something I gotthe deer in the headlight look. Like what do you mean man. My husband liked his BBQ burger and I had the cob salad. It wasfair. I like when I get a salad with grilled chicken that the chicken is fresh grilled. Not here. It?s out of the fridgecooked yesterday or so. Well think what you want. I could just be an old nag, but I have higher expectations than I got here.

Wow, it's a good thing I didn't check the reviews before deciding to stop in for dinner. I haven't dined at a Red Robin in a while, so I won't...
I just had my first visit to Red Robin, and I have to say I was taken aback, especially since I've always heard such great things about it. Unfortunately, the service was terrible...

The manager did not accept my government issued ID. She said and I quote “this is not an actual form of ID. I am clearly over the age of 21 and am here with my wife and kid. Anyone with a kid should be order a beer in my opinion lol. But after a long day of working I wanted to take my family to dinner and order a drink with my earned money which I also used to pay for my government issued ID and was not able to even have a beer due to the managers “judgement” definitely not coming here again.
Campfire sauce and their fries keeps us coming back here! There’s usually a wait to get a table, most of the time service is good. The food is always good! The bathrooms seem to have an unpleasant smell. Good place for groups but it can get quite loud when busy.Parking: The main parking lot is one of the worst in the area. The spots are beyond small and we don’t even attempt it anymore. Plan on park in the adjacent lots and walking to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They have a good kids menu which has bottomless Mac and Cheese that is very good.
In an effort to eat more plant based foods, I decided to try the vegan burger. I opted to add the impossible patty. Wow, I was extremely shocked at how good it was. I highly recommend this option for anyone who does want to eat meat!

Our experience Sunday night at Red Robin was very enjoyable! The best part about it was the service. Your manager Dave Wilson is SUPER in making sure all the customers are well taken care of and that all staff are doing their jobs. Hats off to Dave Wilson!!!
The kids' menu is fantastic! The atmosphere is cheerful and fun. While the restaurant is famous for its burgers, I also highly recommend the fish and shrimp combo. The endless steak fries are a nice touch too! The service was excellent from start to finish!
My friends took me here for my birthday, and I was treated to a complimentary Birthday Burger! My personal favorites are the rice bowls and clam strips—so delicious! They also have a great variety of blended drinks.
Make sure to sign up for their Red Robin Royalty card so you can earn free burgers and other discounts! Plus, it's the best way to score a free burger on your birthday! Our family really enjoys this place. The service is consistently excellent, with plenty of staff around, and the manager often checks in with customers to make sure everyone is satisfied. If you're hoping to meet the big Red Bird, it's a good idea to call ahead, as he has his own schedule!

While exploring the culinary scene in Eugene, Oregon, we decided to grab a meal. Although we originally intended to eat at Olive Garden, circumstances led us elsewhere.
I called in this time and was amazed by the large quantity of fries! I've never seen so many for takeout. They also included plenty of sauces: blue cheese, ranch, and campfire! Both options were great...
I decided to give this place another chance, but I honestly don’t know why I expected things to be any different. The food arrived cold, and it was only 3:45 on Tuesday, so they really should have been able to serve it hot.
My family and me love Chuck E. Cheese's, we can expend the whole afternoon here, the pizza is delicious so like the salad bar, the have new games, and the security is great, a perfect placer to go with young children.
