When our pizza was delivered, it was incorrect. We called the Oakway location, which blamed the mix-up on being busy with a rush of orders and then abruptly hung up on us. Instead of apologizing and addressing the issue, they avoided taking responsibility. I had to physically go to the restaurant to speak with someone and resolve the mistake. This place is quite accommodating and well rounded. Price to quality ratio is decent at best. Excellent guest services
Haven't eaten here.As a delivery driver; stood there for 30 minutes while the person behind the counter joked around with the group of college girls hanging out blocking the door and counter.
Ordered through grubhub. Driver replied that they could not make the large pizza order but could do a medium or xtra large. Chose to upgrade. The driver also replied they could not make the veggie calzone but that I could choose my toppings. I chose 4 toppings. 30 mins later they (pegasus) canceled our order because they could not make either item but could provide the chicken wings we ordered. Ridiculous.
