Pegasus Pizza - Eugene

I tried to place a large food order, but the website wouldn’t let me use my rewards for one of the pizzas. Every time I attempted it, I got logged out. I ended up trying to place the order four times! I guess I'll be going with Domino's for dinner instead.

First, the bathrooms were closed, but only one was out of order, so the lady kindly allowed us to use the other one. However, a large man with glasses yelled at her in front of everyone. The bathroom wasn’t actually broken; they just had it closed to minimize traffic. Additionally, we didn’t receive our complete order, and I had to ask about it. I also had to wait at the counter for service, and when the staff finally noticed me, they didn’t acknowledge my presence for five minutes. The tables were dirty. On a positive note, kudos to Kirsten; she was amazing and the only one who seemed to truly enjoy her job.

Trendy cars can be seen parked out front on Fridays and Saturdays after 5 PM.
