What User doesn't like about Papa's Pizza Parlor:
The food at this restaurant was fine, but the main issue was the poor service. I'm not sure if it was just a bad night or something else, but we placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 45-60 minutes. When I arrived after 45 minutes, they hadn't even started on our order. Another 45 minutes went by before they called my name, tossed the food on the counter, and walked away. The pizza was decent, but Do... View all feedback.
I had a pretty bad pizza in my life, but this has a new deep point. two of us didn't even eat half the middle beast pizza that cost more than $30 and took 90 minutes to get there. what was left went straight into the dumpster. Despite taking a tip in the purchase, the driver somehow hangs around as expected an additional tipp. the crust was bland and dry. the toppings were all finely chopped, where I could not even easily say what was what. the entire pizza was dry. there was hardly a soak or cheese to even keep the topping, so everything just fell off. I had a much better day-old frozen pizza. I wish I was exaggerated.
Burnt the crust on my mother-in-law's pizza. Messed up the instructions for the toppings on the same pizza. Burnt across on my father-in-law's pizza.. dirty tables... Not mention....Someone needs to learn how to cut a pizza ? I used my pocket knife to finish cutting mine rather than using my fingers to rip the slices apart.... And don't forget you can't use cash in the arcade anymore.. you have to get one of those silly cards and load it with money... Pretty sure I'm done with papas pizza for good.?
Typical pizza parlor, but a Eugene tradition for 50 years, where most residents have celebrated kids birthdays or KidsSports games.
I won't be ordering online again, order was messed up but oh well. Pizza was still good. It's the only place I can get a shrimp pizza
Let's start this out by saying I ordered a MEDIUM pepperoni pizza add garlic. Very simple. When I asked how long it would be the counter girl didn't even respond to me. My order was never repeated back to me. When they gave me the pizza box it looked very small for a medium, but I never go here (and won't again) so I wasn't positive on how it should look. On the way home I looked at the receipt just to check. It said small. I worked in the food industry for more than 10 years, so I'm aware of how orders are supposed to be handled, and this girl failed. Now, on to the food. To sum it up, thick well done and DRY. I literally choked on it while eating it. Also, note the terrible cut job. Cheap Hot and Ready pizzas elsewhere are better than this. I paid close to $17 for this tiny pepperoni and minced garlic pizza. I definitely feel ripped off and will not be going back.
