A guy came after me and called the cops to the workers because the lobby was closed and he didn't want to go through the drive thru. Workers were so nice and patient and one of them was very sweet and gave me a free drink and orange chicken (sorry I was a vegetarian. the staff here deserves better and I also think that it should be allowed to accept tips. If this place is not recommended, during the peak season they have no dishes ready. You want you to pay in advance for your order before your boss does it, her chef will begin to make a menu item after about ten orders for this item. So they also want to let you wait, they are not clear if I can?t wait too long and want to cancel my order. Never seen such unprofessional behavior. No one's gonna recommend. View all feedback.
If you? You know what you expect. Our food was hot, the portions were generous, and the staff was friendly and kept the line moving quickly!
Fast and always delicious. There was quite A-line but it moved rather quickly. I love the honeymoon at shrimp and the noodles. Very fair price
I usually love Panda Express. Specifically because I know they temp food and are serving fresh. Yesterday I ate at the Valley River Center location. I shared a spring roll with my 10 month old around 1 pm. About 9 pm I started feeling awful. Which led to the wonderful side effects of food poisoning. About an hour into my side effects my baby also started vomiting. Luckily he had only eaten a small amount so he wasn?t as bad off as myself. However, my reason for the one star review is because when I just called in to let them know I was pretty sure it came from their food the girl on the phone acted like I had no idea what I was talking about and told me how they make everything fresh. I?m completely aware of this, I actually stated that I was aware they temp food and that was the reason I was calling. Again it?s why I enjoy eating at this chain. But her attitude killed it for me and I will never be returning. I understand food poisoning is somewhat hard to pinpoint, however it?s pretty clear to me where it came from and even if it wasn?t a little empathy and sincerity would have gone a long way. I am very knowledgeable in food preparation and safety (rocking into my sixteenth year in food service and serving as a safety committee for many of my jobs) so for her to act like I was crazy and she didn?t care is just ridiculous to me. The attitude alone is what sparked this review. A little empathy goes a long way. I know we are all tired and over worked in these weird times. But this situation was handled terribly. Literally my point of calling was so management could find out who is not doing their job and letting them know that THIS exact situation is why it?s an important part of the job.
Visited from out of town and decided to grab panda from the mall really quickly around 7:30pm..the two girls working the front where short in responses and talked so quietly you almost couldn?t hear them, acted as if they were already off the clock. not a care in the world. They didn?t have much dishes out and failed to say ?during close to closing we only make more of certain dishes? and just stared at us..made for an awkward/rude experience. We also asked for sweet and sour as well as teriyaki and only received a half full teriyaki when both sauces had plenty..is customer service not a thing anymore? it is honestly not hard ladies.
A chain American Chinese fast food, the flavor is the same no matter where you go, which it never goes wrong. We always like the half stir-fried noodle and brown rice. We order family meal, $29 for 2 side dishes and 3 entrees. It?s fast and cheap!
