Our waitress was excellent, but eating was not delicious. my enchiladas ordered the tamalen appetizers and I ordered the enchiladas. the tamalen appetizers had such a hard dish that they could hardly get into them and my enchiladas were not well flavored. the prices were high and the meals while they look beautiful, were certainly not worth the cost.

My man, me and some friends had a terrible experience at novo. I'll never go back and I'll tell everyone I know I'll never go. we had a reservation for by the kellner pushed us out, stood over us and tried to take our food away before we even finished it. I had literally tried a utensili in my hand to eat and had to tell them that I was not done. at the mananger came and told us we had to go because there was another party with reservation. in my whole life I have never experienced that I was pushed out of a restaurant. no compensation was made. they told us that they allow hours for reservations, but we had hardly an hour before we were expelled. if they had to leave us, they should have faster service. I'm so shocked at our terrible experience. the quality of food is great, but they will never survive with this type of business practice.

The kevich was fabulous. I enjoyed the pozole. we cleaned all our tellers. our server needs more consultation with menu points. once our order was taken, the service verrrrrry was slow, although the restaurant was not full, and it seemed to be many server. Maybe it's part of the early shake. we enjoyed it and will return.

Chef alejandro cruz creates amazing eating with fresh local ingredients. not their typical latin cuisine, it is a step up! truly a delicious food and culinary experience. we're coming back!
