Ivy's Cookin' - Eugene

I discovered ivy’s cookin’ a few months ago and was so impressed by the meals she created! I'm super busy and by ordering a big pan I can freeze portioning which I can easily heat up as I starve in the regular when I come home. she also created three big pfas of her amazing chili rellenos for a party I had recently and it was a big hit! thanks ivy!

We absolutely adore the food at Ivy's. Her spanakopita is a delightful holiday tradition for us. The black bean enchiladas are fantastic, but she has recently introduced a new dish – a Greek pasta with eggplant, tomatoes, and feta. It is absolutely incredible! Make sure to try it out and get two servings if you can!

I bought a full 2 months' worth ahead of time so I wouldn't have to remember each week. I've tried about half of the items in the culinary section. Other than the dried pears (which I bought twice) being a bit hard to chew, I've enjoyed everything,including flowers from Ivy's garden. Looking forward to the garden produce and the little extras that are pickup only. I've now upgraded to buying larges every week! That's how good the food is!

Delicious homemade meals. Really about like we would make at home, ready to bake or freeze, always plenty for a second meal. So easy so tasty.

I occasionally order meals from Ivy's website and it's always exciting to see what's on offer each week. I pick up the meal from her place, which is super easy - just grab it from the icebox and leave the money. I can either enjoy it that evening or freeze it for later. The food has great taste, is super healthy, and it's a pleasure to support a local who cares for her customers and brings delicious flavors to your table.
