We came to Eugene area to visit our family. Hyatt hotel is located very centrally. It was our first visit at this location. Felt very secured. Secured covered garage parking. Walking distances to shopping and restaurant. Autzen stadium nearby. Anytime we are in Eugene area, we will stay at this location. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hyatt Place Eugene Oakway Center:
Outstanding bedding, mattress, pillows, and amazing view of the Coburg Hills. Staff was extremely helpful and gracious. The room was a good to us and it was reserved online. When we arrived, they wouldn't give us a key because we didn't have the actual card the room was reserved under. That became a problem that was finally resolved by the person who gave us the gift having to drive to the hotel to present a card. It... View all feedback.
Nice clean hotel. Front desk attendants were very friendly. Bartender could be a bit more friendly and provide better service, but maybe she just had a bad day.Breakfast was very nice. They served until 10am which was extra nice and standard checkout time is noon.Something important to note is if you have an ev, ev charging is listed as an amenity but they don't actually own it anymore and it's only for some other FUV company. We parked there anyways but it is a very slow charger.
My family stayed here in May. The room was spacious and lovely. The service was great. We also loved the pool and jacuzzi. Perhaps the most stand out element of this hotel though is the SkyBar. I am still on the search for an espresso martini, hummus, or chicken wings that are anywhere near as good as what we had at the SkyBar. They even have a kids menu! To top things off, they have the most beautiful patio. My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The room was really clean and comfy. The hotel is in a great spot, close to the main shopping hub and the breakfast options were delicious too. But what made my stay awesome was how nice the staff were.Oh, and they have a fantastic rooftop SkyBar with a beautiful view of the evening sky. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I recommend this hotel.
My son stayed here and I was very impressed with the rooms. Very clean with a great view. My son said the bed was very comfortable too, and He loved the hot tub. He said he would stay there again.Rooms: 5/5
Really nice hotel with a fantastic crew. The rooms was clean and even we was 2 adult and 2 kids at the room there was enough towels and really clean after every room cleaning. The location is good. Easy to downtown and shopping mall. Good restaurants in the area also
