I placed an order through Grubhub and the restaurant said first they never received my order, after the driver showed them my order the restaurant looked again and found it. Driver left to drop off another order and came back to pick up my order after it was done and the restaurant handed my order to a Doordash driver! Good food and the service is great! last time I was there, just a waitress during a very busy time and she was on top!
The waiting staff was great! the only grip I have is that I saw how the cook dirty spatulas pull out from a washbasin full of dirty water with soap in it, rinse it with the sprayer quickly and then try to use it to cook my food! big!
If you want to experience a genuine authentic Mongolian grill that tastes better, then you just go to Jung’s in west eugen. the teriyaki sauce tastes hard watered here. Also, I paid almost $20 for a bowl here if at Jung’s, the same size bowl would have been $15. Jung’s also has much more beautiful waitresses and a better environment.
Great food and service. First time stopping here and I'll definitely return. Just wish they had plum sauce.
