Chipotle Mexican Grill - Full Menu

We got there at the time it was supposed to be done and had to wait at least 10mins for the food.... read more We ordered food online to pick up at the restaurant (5 meals). We got there at the time it was supposed to be done and had to wait at least 10mins for the food. We got home and ALL the food was COLD. It was too close to closing to go back. Very difficult to get through the automated system to a real person in the restaurant and then I was told I would need to call their 800 number for refunds on online orders they don 't do online refunds in the store. Called the 800 number. Explained the situation and they told me they would provide feed back to the store to improve conditions in the future. They said they couldn 't provide a refund for the 5 stone cold meals, but they could offer me a free drink!!! Not what I asked for, and no! that doesn 't help the situation! The restaurant was dirty, the service was HORRIBLE (in the so called restaurant and Customer Service), and I don 't recommend this to anyone. We will never be going back.
