My mom and I dine at the local Carl's Jr. on... read more Having been a member of this community for 60 years, I frequently explore the various businesses along River Road. My mom and I dine at the local Carl's Jr. on Silver Lane at least once a week, and we have come to know the manager, Lori, very well—she is wonderfully kind. From our very first meeting, her welcoming demeanor won me over. The rest of the staff is just as amazing; it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. I can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you all for your dedication and delicious food!

I've never experienced any negative attit... read more The staff at this location is consistently friendly, in contrast to the employees at the McDonald's across the street. I've never experienced any negative attitudes from them, and they are always ready to assist. While some customers can be difficult at times, the team manages those situations with professionalism and respect. It might seem odd, but this is my favorite fast food restaurant in Eugene, and I hope it stays that way.
