Potatoes they are using in the burritos are large undercooked wedges, their bacon is low grade and mushy, and they are served so cold even the cheese inside is still shredded and not melted. The changes in food quality has been relatively recent so I'm hoping they turn it around because I won't be coming here again until they do. I genuinely like the place and have given them lots of business in the past, all the people are amazing, but the food is just unacceptable currently. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

They're unprofessional with how they conduct themselves whenthey're imagining no customer watching.

The egg is ha... read more Service and quality has declined in the last 4 or so months. This is a burnt Chile relleno burrito that I watched get pulled out of the microwave. The egg is hard and crunchy, completely burnt. Unedible. Disgusting. Burrito was so hot I have burns on myfingertips from the microwaving. This place used to be good.....will not go back.
