Bj's Brewhouse - Eugene

The food was wonderful! I had ordered my food to be delivered by UberEats. There was a snafu. The management and staff of BJ's went above and beyond to be sure my food was great and delivered on time. I appreciate them and highly recommend for quality of food and exceptional customer service. UberEats did a good job in resolving my issue.

I ordered the ribeye with mashed potatoes on the side, and tomato soup as the appetizer. The tomato soup was cooked to perfection. The ribeye, cooked medium, was perfectly grilled at a good temperature. However, the mashed potatoes were average and could have been smoother and more seasoned. The waiters were friendly and helpful in recommending menu choices. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

I alwats enjoy the ambience and the food. The price is decent and the service is good. Tell the waiter to tell the chef to take easy on salt. The calamari was a bit salty and the salmon was salty tonight. I asked for the rice to eat the salmon with. It balanced the flavor and made it perfect. The salted caramel topping on a vanilla plus fresh off the oven cookie was heavenly.

Good service, Great burger, took a long time to get our food. A salad and a burger. Also the fries very such a small portion. Like maybe 12 fries. Would be a 4 star place if food service was faster and fries were a better portion.

In spite of a recent negative review, we took a chance on this restaurant and it ended up becoming our new favorite spot in Eugene. We visit about once a month and the burgers here are amazing! The server was exceptional, attentive to our needs, and the food arrived quickly and was delicious until the last bite. To the individuals who complained about waiting for an hour to eat, I remember seeing you there with a party of 8 people. It takes time to prepare and bring out a large order like that all at once. Perhaps they could have served the food as it was ready, but then some of your group would have been eating while others waited, or their food would have gotten cold by the time everyone's order was complete.
