what fun to find! this walkable window is located behind the lane hotel. the owner had a sign on willamette street advertising for vegan options. he was friendly and helpful with recommendations, as the menu was not clearly marked. he said he has more vegan options than non-vegan....and everything can be made vegan! the bbq tofu sandwich was delicious and creepy! and the potato salad was tangy and amazing. Such high quality for a quality price. I visit at least once a week!
Holy cow, happy cow! these types are legit! the bf and I moved on Friday afternoon on our way out of town after the decision to try this place after I see all their amazing looking pictures on the yelp. let's just say that our food was not disappointed! the aromen and fresh vegetables are amazing, and I have never eaten where I have eaten that! the meatball sandwich was my favorite - such comfort eating, but the bf was over the pulled tofu only from the smell it, and actually ate all (real big sandwich before I could hardly try a few bites. so convenient that we could drive right up to the window to pick it up, we will be definitiw back!
What a great discovery! This hidden gem is located behind the Lane Hotel and has a walk-in window. The owner had a sign on Willamette Street promoting Vegan options, and he was very friendly and helpful in making recommendations since the menu was not clearly labeled. He mentioned that they have more Vegan options than non-Vegan options, and that everything can be made Vegan. The BBQ Tofu Sandwich was tasty and satisfying, and the potato salad was delicious and flavorful. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos this time, but I will definitely do so next time. Just a side note, the website is a bit overwhelming with its graphics.
