It took another 15 minutes to receive our appetizer after placing the order, and I would have understood if they were busy, but that wasn’t the case. When I inquired about the breadsticks that were supposed to come with our meals, I was told they'd been delivered as an appetizer, which they had not. I had to approach the staff multiple times just to ask for silverware, drink refills, and to request takeout boxes. At no point did anyone come to check on us. When it was time to pay, I had to go up to the front to get the check, while I could see my wife witnessing another table searching for someone to take their order. To top it off, another lady approached me while I was paying, asking for silverware for her family. I can confidently say I will never return to this restaurant.

I really enjoyed my pizza and buffalo wings. The person who brought my order to my car for contactless service was very polite and attractive. The flavors of my meal were fantastic. I give them 5 stars!

I'm not sure what else to add, but my experience was terrible, and I won't be returning. The staff was pleasant and attentive, and our food was ready on time, but unfortunately, most of it ended up being discarded.

Great service, kaitlyn was so sweet and efficient! pampering atmosphere and local atmosphere decor beautiful touch. however ph dripping the ball because they have a menu with salates and salatable, but have no salads. allowed it said where available for salatable, but why tease people with this option? Moreover, the local ph near my house has the salat var and I more expected that I will get the same menu options at any ph. or I wouldn't have stopped. at least they had decent wings. kaitlyn is ingenious to give her a bonus!

Poorest service I've ever experienced in a pizza hut. There was only one waitress for the whole eating area and it was almost full. And it literally took 1 hour for the pizza to arrive. We could almost went to a burger joint nearby and had a couple burgers before having the pizza.
