I have been here several times and have loved everything so far! The chicken fried steak and grilled chicken salad are 2 of my favorites. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful with suggestions. I love the prices, love the food, love Belle Star Grill! View all feedback.
What Rhonda R doesn't like about Bell Star Grill:
This restaurant has been my biggest disappointment in all my years of dining out. Stopped by on a rainy day, midday, and ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The hamburger meat tasted like old greasy grill that had never been cleaned and the fries were drenched in old oil flavor as well. Could not eat it. Normally I would have returned it but there was a kitchen employee who set at a table near and for the entire 30 min... View all feedback.

The food wad not the best. We had ok service but staff was not friendly. Will not return. Its in a nice location which we pass by several times during our visits to the lake. We don't see many cars there. Such a shame.
Got the Belle Starr burger with fried jalepeno bits and fried onions. It was delicious! The meat was seasoned well, cooked well, and juicy. The buns were buttered and toasted! The fries were crispy and seasoned well, not greasy at all. The cost was $7.29 for a large meal! Waitress Dawn was friendly and attentive. I'll be back Belle!
Normally I would have returned it but there was a kitchen employee who set at a table near and for the entire 30 minutes it took to get a burger he carried on a conversation with a friend who stopped by and as his friend talked all he would say is right after every few words of his friend. It was loud and it was rude. Worst experience ever and would recommend going on down the road to the next place. Awful!!!
We ate here on Christmas Eve morning after trying 3 or 4 other places only to find them closed. That worked out great for us. This place is a hidden gem. I ordered the chicken fried steak breakfast. This was probably the most tender chicken fried steak I have ever eaten. It was obviously hand breaded and made in-house. I had 3 eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy. Everything was cooked to perfection. The chicken fried steak was not a huge portion, but was a nice size. The bill for mine was $6.39. My wife had eggs, sausage, pancakes and home fries. Everything she had was also cooked to perfection. Her home fries were seasoned perfectly, I had to steal a few. The pancakes were excellent. I have not eaten at a country restaurant in a long time that had such incredible food. We have now eaten here twice. Two adults can eat a great meal, get full, leave a big tip for under well $20. We tried to find a negative about this place. The only 2 things we could find were they don't serve real butter and all they have is wheat and white toast. Both times we are here Debbie waited on us. Debbie is an awesome waitress. She was very friendly without smothering you. Our coffee or water never went empty. This place is GREAT. We will eat here anytime we are in the area.
