We noticed changing colored lights on the second floor terrace of a building overlooking the Plaza and had to examine. What we found was amazing – fine food at reasonable prices. We met with Chef/Owner, Eduardo ?, who told us that the restaurant was open only a few short months and was only open on weekends. He also explained that his goal at the opening of the restaurant was to bring a fine culinary experience to Etzatlán at reasonable prices, so that his residents and residents of the surrounding communities do not go to Guadalajara. We had eaten in another restaurant before, but we wanted to try the menu. We sat on the terrace with a great view of the Plaza below. We chose a bottle of wine, a grilled white cheese dish with bread and tuna tars. Everything was fantastic! The service corresponded to the culinary experience and could not have been better. Our only disappointment was that we left Etzatlán the next day and would not be able to return to dinner the next night. If you are in Etzatlán or a surrounding community, Quintaesencia is a culinary experience that you should not miss!
