I questioned wh... read more The posted closing time for this restaurant on Friday is 10 PM. I arrived at the drive-thru at 9:52 PM only to be told they were already closed. I questioned why they were closing early if their official closing time is 10 PM, but received no response. All their lights and signs were still on. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I was ignored for a while until an employee finally came to speak with me. He refused to explain why they had closed early. When I asked for the manager's phone number, he claimed to be the manager himself. I then requested the owner's name, but he wouldn't provide that information. Instead, he offered to take my order only after I insisted on knowing the owner's name. Overall, I experienced poor service.

I said the sign say you close at 11pm the gentleman went on we close at 10pm I said then why kFC, closed and not taking orders then. He said only TacoBell, open and we only serving tacos. I always thought KFC, cook up until they close not 1.5 hours before closing time.
