Very high quality food. I was invited for my birthday. We took the service menu that arrived at midnight! We were supposed to be and a person turned off, so we moved out to have a table of two that didn't serve. Other customers who came after us left before us and one of the guests didn't have time to take his dessert. service well below the worst. avoid at all costs.

I have been a customer of this restaurant for many years, but unfortunately my latest experience has made me reconsider returning. While the service has never been perfect, it has always been acceptable and I continued to dine there because of the good food. The restaurant offers discounts after dinner, but only for reservations made in advance. I have taken advantage of this offer many times, but during my last visit, I was denied the discount despite making a reservation within the specified time frame. The hostess was extremely rude and insisted that I did not request the discount when booking, despite me explaining that I had followed the same procedure as always. When I mentioned that it was disappointing to see a restaurant lose a customer over a small issue, she showed no concern. It became clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them, so I have decided to remove this restaurant from my list of dining options. The food may be good, especially the steak, but if you value respectful customer service and expect decent treatment, I would recommend avoiding this establishment.
