This past week, things didn't start out so well—it seemed like the chaos was causing mix-ups with the orders. However, the friendly and kind staff remained calm and attentive to the needs of a very picky customer. Especially Miss Brenda, who kept a smile on her face the entire time, going back and forth to my cart to make sure my order was exactly right before I left. I truly commend Brenda for her excellent efforts. Because of her warm attitude and all the smiles that afternoon, this lonely lady was able to enjoy her burger her way without feeling upset. Thank you so much—you don’t realize how much that little extra care can mean beyond just a burger. Those smiles meant the world to me. Keep it up, Etowah Hardee's, especially Brenda! I’d give you 10 stars and recommend Etowah Hardee's over any burger place in all the nearby counties.

It’s not the food or cleanliness that’s the issue, but the wait time. Today, 6/11, I spent 25 minutes in line with only three people ahead, and still didn’t get my order. Frustrated, I gave up and went to another restaurant instead of trying to explore their menu.

They managed to cram three biscuit gravies, two sides of steak, and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit—all with the condiments—into one brown bag. Seriously?

I waited 20 minutes for my... read more I went to the drive-thru after paying for my food. The chicken sandwich was good and served hot, but the burgers and fries were cold. I waited 20 minutes for my order, and it wasn’t even busy. I noticed that most of the young employees seemed a bit unmotivated; I think they could be doing a better job.
