Taco Bell - Etobicoke

Absolutely awful experience. This is a TacoBell/KFC joint location. KFC corporate changed the old menu and all the old faves are gone. Horrible. They cut the family fries portion in half. The fries are burnt and stink. The coleslaw looks like puke. The chicken is cut to half-size to appear like more pieces. The manager of this restaurant is a clearly inept. The restaurant is understaffed, they don 't make enough food to meet supply. The staff just wander around in a daze and serve customers out of order so from drive-up to food collection we waited 55 minutes. No compensation or accountability was offered and didn 't ask for any. Just tepid sorry 's from the staff that the manager clearly threw under the bus. No one working PR front of house. Don 't waste your money here. Popeye 's on Lakeshore is WAY better.

I’ve been to several Taco Bell’s all the same. They are very cheap with the toppings and food. Sometimes it’s cold it’s not wrapped properly. It has gone to the dogs. It is no longer a cool place to eat. It is complete garbage.

There are times in your life when you are either extremely delighted or experience something that can make you question your entire existence. It was the latter for me this time.I hope you can take this as a warning and avoid this place as much as possible (placing no blame on the staff since I found out this location might be short staffed .I ordered from this location for the very first time. My dumb decision left me so disappointed with the terrible food that was provided. More than half of my order was missing after waiting for the food for over 2 hours. There was no meat in the Crunchwrap. Everything in my order was absolutely disgusting (I am so sad to say this about food . The tacos were stale as well.Horrible HORRIBLE experience. It is the last time I ever order from Taco Bell anywhere across Canada after repeated such experiences. I am officially done.Thank you for bearing with me through this long review :

They're ALWAYS messing my uber orders up.Bottled pop instead of fountain drinks. Cinnamon twists instead of cinnabon bites. I ask for mild sauce? Nope! Its mega fire hot! This location is absolutely a joke sometimes.I go to taco bell for baja blast. Not bottles of 7up.

Sitting in drive through for 20 mins now. Ordered a crunchwrap supreme which says $5 special on the menu. The guy working told me if you dont say its a crunchwrap favourites they will charge you full price without you knowing. I caught on to this overcharge last week.
