The real problem came when I returned to pick up my order. A different employee assisted me, and when I approached the counter, she seemed completely disinterested. I smiled and said hello, but she didn’t respond. Instead, she slowly walked around, grabbed a box from above, and brought it to the counter. After noticing that I had paid for a dipping sauce, she finally went to the fridge, fetched it, and tossed it into the box without a word. She barely acknowledged me, just handed over the items and turned away without a “thank you,” “enjoy your meal,” or “have a great evening.” I usually don’t like to pull the “customer” card, but come on—what happened to basic retail courtesy? It felt like I was an inconvenience to her. I’m a paying customer, and while I don’t expect a lengthy conversation, some common politeness goes a long way. I’m really disappointed because I used to love this place. They definitely need to improve their hospitality—especially since it always seems empty now, whereas it used to be busy under different management.

Pizza Pizza! The worst pizza ever! I ordered 20 chicken wings and 2 half-moon pizzas, but I never received them. The chicken wings even had feathers on them! They really messed that up! I also asked for grilled barbecue, but they just dumped the barbecue sauce on without any grilling. What a disappointment!

I had a great experience with the service here! I called from Houston, Texas, but I lost the signal, and they were kind enough to call me back to confirm my order.

Terrible. no idea how to eat. the service is annoying. at 9:30 a.m. a couple of discs after a long trip to house to sneak, just to say it does not discs. what? isn't that what you do? so disappointed. will not be here again.

Ordered cheese pizza today from this location, around 4:00pm. Unfortunately they ran out of pepperoni so we only got cheese pizza. We bought two large slices. Look at the plastic that is hidden within the crust!! It is blue and looks like a cut off piece of a glove. Absolutely disgusted. Make sure to watch every bite and check for ingredients that aren’t supposed to be there.
