I am very sorry to tell you guys. The new way of boxing food is not a good idea because there is not enough fries in the box, combo costed me $16. Also I was refused, when I asked to upgrade my fries to Greek fries. In past I have had no problems upgrading fries. I don't think I'll be coming back again. But the food is still good.

Called in and ordered 7 burgers and two large fries and a small sweet potato fries. Showed up and paid for 7 burgers and all the fries. They gave us 4 burgers and one regular fries. Tried to kick us out without giving us the rest of our food we already paid for.As we were there their phone rings and the lady working turned the phone volume off and threw the phone in the corner did not want to answer it.Got home and the food was terrible.Terrible service and employees and the food was terrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Night of September 2nd, worse experience ordering. Did not answer phones so we went to the place to order in person. They then messed up multiple orders and shorted us a whole burger and fries. The girl working there as we were waiting for the food turned the phone ringer down and throw the phone behind the counter. They didn't label any of the burgers and the employees were very incompetent. I would give 0 stars of I could.

Great burgerplatz with very good poutine! this place has not immersed itself, which is a scandal, but eating was great.
