Mcdonald's - Etobicoke

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I ordered an iced coffee, I tried to ask for drinking water, but the staff member told me that water isn’t allowed here. I really appreciate it, McDonald's.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and finding another one instead.

While giving just one star would be unjust, considering the restaurant's limited space and resources, I must point out several issues. On the night I visited, all the surfaces, including the floor, were sticky. The place was quite crowded, and there was no restroom available. The food was typical of standard McDonald's quality. Unless you're incredibly hungry, I would recommend choosing a different location.

The service can be quite slow, but the food is always fresh.

I found the presence of numerous homeless individuals and people frequently requesting money for food to be quite overwhelming. When I offered to buy them a meal, they insisted on cash, explaining that they only eat halal.
