K B Sushi - Etobicoke

It was either this place or August 8, and since I’ve tried August 8 before i decided to try k&b this time. And I regret my decision. We came at 9 about an hour before they close. They let us know that we can’t do the all you can eat anymore but we can still order a la carte. Which was fine with us. Shortly after placing our first set of orders, as the waitress comes back with our water i add more to our order, they accept it and then waitress lets me know that I can no longer order anything after. Which was again fine. We get our food, and eat. Not even 20min of getting our food, the waitress interrupts our dinner and tells me to pay because they’re shutting off the debit machine service. So I pay then proceed to eat. 5 min later, another waitress comes with takeout boxes and STARTS packing up the food for me.. this was what drew the line for me. There was also a rat that ran across the restaurant on my way from the washroom..Anyways point im making is this place is trash- in service and cleanliness.

Went on Thursday night. Food was mostly good. We ordered the fried scallops and they were flat out rotten. After first bite we spit them out. A quick sniff told me they’d been rotten for days… powerful ammonia smell. The server offered little in the way of an apology. And I saw them bringing the same scallops to other tables afterwards.We will never be back.

Awful place!! Got severe food positioning from undercooked meat and salmon! Place is dirty and smells awful. Horrible service as well. My poor stomach is still healing from eating at this s$&thole 3 weeks ago. They should be shut down for good. The cutlery is dirty and so are the glasses, the tables are unkept, the washrooms are dirty and they have a mouse and roach issue! They’ve been given multiple conditional passes for lack of hygiene, cross contamination and not washing hands when handling food plus cockroaches and mice. Shut this crappy sickening place down!

Customer service was so so so poor and unethical, waitress was passing food from back of us at times, they just throw the food tray on table , I know it’s busy restaurants but this is not professional… we r paying money to eat food and it was so disrespectful to customers and food as well, maybe they treat differently based on appearance. They need improve the service manners and professional.
