Mcdonald's Verulam Drive-thru

I guess they ran out of lettuce for my spicy mcfeast. Service has really dropped over the last year.

Most pathetic service. There has NEVER been an occasion where we got our complete order. Today's excuse is they out of fries so u cannot order a meal! Whilst waiting for our burger only order there's buns and chips being delivered by what looked like a private vehicle...all dumped in the boot of the vehicle. Service: Takeaway Food: 1 Service: 1

Zero is too much of a high number to rate this place. We ordered food over an hour ago...the call center is closed and asks us to use the app. There's no way of tracking delivery even on the app...it doesn't work...and now they've taken our money...amd no delivery.. disgusting... why is McDonalds Verulam still open with horribly low standards.. even street food vendors hold much higher standards and customer service!! Gross what do you have to say for yourselves McDondalda SA??????
