To the owner. Your staff close the coffee shop earlier I got 7:40 and in Google maps clearly says the coffee shop close at 8 simply your lazy staff always do that.

Manager should not take advantage to when new cups are being released. Allowing her friend to purchase the only 2 cups that were available and sold it to her friend and her child like yeah sure take advantage for your position and don’t care about those other customers who stayed in lines waiting for the chance to get the tumbler because there were never a chance to actually had to get one. Not buying anything ever again.

You will never find something to eat here idk if the teenage girls eating then or selling

It was my first time inside this Starbucks and I didn’t leave with a good impression of the place. The person who took my order was very short, (felt a bit tense), didn’t feel like she cared very much about what I had asked for and left me worried she got it wrong-even though she repeated it back to me; I ordered the honey citrus mint tea. She asked me if that was all I wanted and I replied with a yes, thank you. I waited for about five minutes and they put it up on the counter and announced the drink. Well, once I got back to my vehicle I took a look at the drink (opened the lid), and saw that it was cloudy, like they added a milk that curdled inside. I didn't add any milk to it and it doesn’t normally come with a milk. I did feel funny about the drink order and confirmed once I looked at it before I decided to drink it. I’m not saying they did it on purpose but I for sure know the person who took my order didn’t look or seem like she wanted to be there. I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks.

They are constantly running out of everything. And the store closes down periodically due to lack of staffing .
