I ordered a brownie, and it was perfectly packaged and ready for me when I arrived. They have a designated pickup area in place.
They are definitely downgrading their ingredients. Even French Onion soup has lost the traditional flavor of Gruyère cheese. Substituting the cheese with a few crumbs/strings of mozzarella cheese. Not that interested in eating there any longer!
Chaley made my visit to Panera unforgettable. I was eyeing the cookies when she assured me I would be completely satisfied with my choice, jokingly saying that if I didn’t like it, I could spit it onto her uniform. I was truly delighted with the delicious frosted cookie, which Chaley had actually grown herself in her backyard. It’s clear that Panera's cookies are influenced by Chaley Hawkins!
I can only give this restaurant one star because they got both my wife’s and my order wrong. My wife asked for scrambled eggs and sausage on ciabatta but ended up with it on an everything bagel. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, but it arrived without any cream cheese. We were in town for a wedding and had a 5-hour drive back to Tallahassee, so this was a frustrating way to start our trip. Also, my wife is a MyPanera member.
