I probably shouldn't share this, but this is the sleeper brewery of Estes park (well not true cause it will be busy). This place knows how to brew a beer. Was there on a bingo night which was a surprising amount of fun (don't mind our ad hoc markers in the pic). You will find at least one killer beer here (we have every time we return to rmnp). Hike during Day, beer flights at night. This was overall just an okay experience. Tbh I thought the bartender was a little off putting as he was hanging out with his friends who came in and was having drinks with them instead of paying attention to others. The female bartender made up for his slack though and was great! Very kind person and helpful. Variety of options of beer though for a flight. View all feedback.
During the day, it's perfect for hiking, and at night, enjoy beer flights. Overall, my experience was just okay. To be honest, the bartender seemed a bit disengaged; he spent more time socializing with his friends than attending to other customers. However, the female bartender really balanced things out—she was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful. The beer flight also offered a nice variety of options.
In my opinion, this is the best brewery in Estes Park. Matt behind the bar was fantastic to talk to and shared some great insights about the beers and the local area. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! The beer was the best we tried in Estes Park, delivering all the flavors I was hoping for without disappointing. I highly recommend the Galactic Portal, but honestly, all the beers were really good.
I visited this place while on vacation for my birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the beer was delicious! We tried a flight plus one, and we enjoyed every single beer!
Non-local here, but we visit every summer. Rockcut has been our favorite brewery for the last few years. It has great options, even for those that don't know a lot of beer (like me), great river seating, and it always has a great food truck!!
Delicious beer. Great vibe. Queer friendly. Good food truck outside. Definitely the best brewery in the area. Worth the traffic detours.
