Caramel Crisp Inc - ESTES PARK

During my visits to Estes, I had passed by this shop multiple times but finally decided to check it out. It's smaller and a bit tucked away compared to the newer, more spacious places around, but it has endured many challenges, including several fires and significant floods, the worst being in the 1980s that caused them to close for several months. Don't hesitate to treat yourself! We bought two pounds of fudge, and it was gone in just two days. The owner even cut up a caramel apple for my teenager with clever clips, making it easy to enjoy while we sipped coffee from her vintage espresso machine. I'm so glad I discovered this little gem and will make sure to visit every time I'm in Estes. Let's support small, local businesses like this one!

Excellent service and scrumptious homemade fudge, chocolates, caramel cheese, cheese corn, and nutty corn! This place is a true old-fashioned confectionery shop.

I love chocolate ice cream and have been looking for it for years. It is very hard to find these days and after 4 other shops in Estes Park, I finally found this taste in the Caramel Crisp Shop! I'll go back to this place every time we get to Rocky. It was my day!

Stopped by this cute little shop on my mountain adventures and fell in love. It's smells heavenly as soon as you enter and there are so many delicious options, I wish I had more time to try everything. I settled for the Chicago Mix combo of Carmel Crisps Cheesey Corn) and regret not get MORE! I normally don't like popcorn but Carmels Crisps Inc was spectacular! I imagine THIS is what those Christmas Tins were meant to taste like. I also just checked out their website and turns out they will deliver ....game changer!
