When I passed by Lake Mulargia I had seen signs for restaurant _ farmhouse with good prices. Not knowing where actually the village was one day I put the navigator and found myself in this beautiful place. Surely peace reigns and a very kind gentleman visited us all and prepared to eat all good and homemade!comever quality quantity excellent price

Beautiful place, too bad you eat.. .When you choose a place like this you expect local cuisine, not others. It is the realm of culurgiones, women who knead the best grains, stuffed pasta. It is the kingdom of men who roast and have pride in doing so. Too bad. In summer the dishes cooked with fresh tomatoes are soured. A tip, if you use the peeled mushroom aubergines last more.
We stayed at the restaurant Borgo dei Carbonai on a Sunday of August with the whole family. Beautiful place! Also the hotel structure and restaurant is nice (well furnished, clean and fresh, with friendly staff and helpful , but check the average score for the poor portions of the meal: 15 (fifteen! culingionis of potatoes for 12 people ... and regarding the pork pork was not enough for all (some of us did not taste it. Lamb meat was also not in abundance, while the first (malloreddus and trophies were abundant but not exceptional, perhaps they are good for tourists but not for us Sardinians! Ground appetizers, two first ones (not counting is culingionis, two seconds, vegetables, bread and wine (good coffee, digestive choice (mirto, limoncello and grappa and tiramisù (moooolto reduced € 25 per person.
