WOW! Can't believe this hidden gem in it's busy location. Insanely great chef curated food from appetizers to dessert. Staff is attentive without being intrusive and it's a nice departure from overcrowded, overrated and overpriced competitors. It's adefinite recommended treat for a special night or just a great dinner with some friends.
It was an awesome place. I went in at 5:00 on a weekday and they gave me a discount. The steak was so good.
Sooo....starts by us trying to place an order but of course cannot locate an app at all to do so. We call as that is the best next step and listen to the message saying hey! We have a special! Order online or through our app and receive a free bottle ofwine. Wow! We are excited as we were celebrating as well. So we try to find this app again...no such luck. Call again andtransfer after transfer...find out that this was an old promotion. Don't have! Okay. Interesting that it's still on there butokay. I get it. We call back again as we got disconnected to place our order. We ordered 12 wings, plus a petite filet andfries. We are super excited, picked up and started our celebration and we're starving!!! We began to devour the wings until myboyfriend looked at me asking about the wings and how many I had eaten...only to the count the number of wings....nope...not 12.Eight. Eight wings. But I did pay for 12. Receipt shows a $22 charge. Just I dunno ..wow? How many hurdles can you possibly haveto get food? I would normally call but honestly was originally so exhausted by the situation. We had dinner here before andhonestly enjoyed ourselves which is why we ordered here for our celebration. What a fail. So! If you order food to go, pleasedouble check what you ordered and what you end up receiving as you may be charged for more than you get. Disappointed!
Great drinks, appetizers are good. Also the bartender who is filling in for today that works at the other restaurant is amazing. She is funny and great.
This review is for the benefit of those debating dining here……as I noticed in prior reviews that management deflects complaints. Our dinner at this establishment was a dismal failure from the beginning. Arrived 10 minutes early and curtly toldby manager that our party would be seated at reservation time…and she walked away. Mind you, we have never been in thisrestaurant, so we were looking where to wait as she didn’t bother to let us know. The kicker was….the place was empty!!!!Complete head shaking moment. Once seated (at exact time and not a moment before)..we met our server who was a delight. Thoughhe did not appear to know the menu very well or the prices. Drinks took quite awhile to arrive and the prices were soexaggerated. The filets , we ordered 3, were over-cooked and my brisket was riddled with fat/gristle. I had to ask for salt& pepper along with ketchup and was a bit of a wait for it all. Now this is not even season…in fact, by this time was 1/4full on inside….not sure about the outdoor seating…perhaps the slow pace was due to a staffing issue As I usually read thereviews prior to going to a new venue…I wasn’t the one who made the reservations. Later reading the reviews….I noted theyreply to negative reviews by saying the diners should’ve let the manager on duty know. Well, guess what? We did! The billwas simply a mess and the reason being was our server told us everything on main menu was 50% off. He admitted he did….andthe manager right then should have said we will honor those prices for you. Yet she did not…she just looked at server andsaid that it was on the sign. Oh did I mention she then walked away. Was that supposed to be a teachable moment? I thinknot….poor servers need the correct/proper training. I would not recommend this restaurant to others, as there are similar (andbetter) restaurant options for the price point and with hands on servers.
