I visited this Starbucks early in the morning in hopes to receive my full order. The service wasn't poor but I didn't get everything I ordered. I would love for baristas to ensure all items are given before sending customers off. After waiting in a long drive thru line I was given my bag of food. Only after I parked did I double check my bag and realize my egg bites were missing. Big inconvenience in the morning.
This location has the Best customer service a comfortable atmosphere.Always satisfied!

Either you need better management that can evaluate the strengths and employee combination that makes a better experience for the customer. That, or don't hire a slow elderly lady and put her in drive thru along with some young kid who doesn't have a sense of urgency.I came in and waited a long time in drive thru because the woman taking orders took a while to complete the orders. Then at the window the young lady was trying to wake up and yawning and didn't notice the other employee hand her my drinks and food. She began working on other drinks behind her. You need better employees with a sense of urgency and who are awake by 7:30. I asked for extra cream in my coffee but it was clearly the average amount because it wasn't the correct shade but at that point i had been in the drive thru for 20 minutes and had to leave. If I am going to spend $15, I would like it to be correct and with speedy service. PLEASE FIX.
I specifically called ahead to confirm this location could remove tax from an order and was told that they could. I went ahead and ordered coffee for a large event we had just to arrive the morning of pick up for the manger to tell me it wasn't possible. The manger was condescending and continued to repeat that it's never been done and that he's worked there for ten years. The order was also not ready when it was scheduled to be picked up.
