Me and the gf were just talking saying we need to find a new Starbucks

That, or don't hire a slow elderly lady and put her in drive thru along with some young kid who doesn't have a sense of urgency.I came in and waited a long time in drive thru because the woman taking orders took a while to complete the orders. Then at the window the young lady was trying to wake up and yawning and didn't notice the other employee hand her my drinks and food. She began working on other drinks behind her. You need better employees with a sense of urgency and who are awake by 7:30. I asked for extra cream in my coffee but it was clearly the average amount because it wasn't the correct shade but at that point i had been in the drive thru for 20 minutes and had to leave. If I am going to spend $15, I would like it to be correct and with speedy service. PLEASE FIX.

THREW THE TIP SELECTION DEVICE INSIDE MY CAR, twice. This wiseguy obviously doesn't care about sanitation or the health and welfare of Starbucks customers. Tips are a given but Starbucks is trying to FORCE customers to tip by shoving this contraption down customers throats!

I placed an order for coffee for a large ev... read more I called ahead to verify that this location could remove tax from an order, and they confirmed that it was possible. I placed an order for coffee for a large event, but when I arrived on the morning of pickup, the manager informed me that it couldn't be done. He spoke in a condescending manner and kept insisting that it had never been done before and that he had worked there for ten years. To make matters worse, my order wasn't ready at the scheduled pickup time.
