Naples Flatbread Kitchen - Estero

We decieded to eat here while shopping at the outlet. It was in the afternoon there were not many people there and we were seat promptly. Our waitress was friendly and let us know of some of the favorites on the menu. We ordered our drinks which came promptly. We then ordered the Mac&Cheese Shrimp dish and the Texas Burger on pretzel bread. The mac and cheese dish was good although the shrimps were hard and very dry, parts of the dish on the rim were burned, not enough cheese I think. The burger which we were advised was Wagyu beef was good but the beef was overly dry almost like it was over cooked. One of the buns was kind of toasted too much burned in one area while the other was really not toasted at all. The condiments were overly done so that you were not able to grab the burger, thus you had to eat it with utensils. Overall we were not impressed with the food and what we were charged. Great place, good service, hope maybe this was an off day, but not really sure we will give it another try.

Please do a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Ford?s is right over you will rather wait in their waiting line than eating here. Everything was so tasteless. The Naples Cheesesteak Sub had a saggy and stale bread, the steak tasted old and fried, the cheese bread was cold? Honestly, the only acceptable thing from my plate was the Tater-Tatten (and I can testify that my high school?s were better). The tacos were also a disappointment. They just tasted like Ranch. The pico de gallo did not taste like pico de gallo and the chicken was cold and season less. Again, go somewhere else. The server, even if she was tired and apparently seemed overworked, was nice. She was the only highlight.

The tape wall of 54 taps through the ounce is amazing. The food and service was excellent! Very recommended.

I'm probably not going back. The food was pretty good with nice portion sizes in a few ways. I don't remember the name of the chicken tacos, but they were pretty good, not great. They came with chips and salsa, but the chips reminded me of tank chips (I really liked this about them) and there was not almost enough of them given for the amount of salsa. Waiter was nice enough, a little attentive. The Restaraunt seemed nice, but between the way voices are worn and the music, it was too loud. The seat was fast and despite the restaraunt was very busy, the food was quickly arriving. If you selected something that turns out better from the menu, you would probably be satisfied with the overall experience.
