Dunkin' - Estero

The morning staff at this restaurant is outstanding! There’s one lady who is always cheerful and positive, and her vibrant personality keeps everyone entertained, even during busy times with long lines. It's wonderful to have such an uplifting spirit first thing in the morning!

This Dunkin' always gets my order right, and the staff at the drive-thru are consistently friendly. I've only had positive experiences here so far. The only thing I would like is to have napkins in my bag, but that's a minor issue! Everything else is fantastic!

Yesterday, I visited the restaurant and had a voucher for a large iced cappuccino. I was hoping to get a double glazed donut, but unfortunately, they were out of stock—it was around noon. The employee was incredibly kind and offered me some chocolate glazed Munchkins for free! He had no idea how much he helped me out. I was on my way to work and needed something to eat, and believe it or not, those are the only donuts I really enjoy! It was such a nice gesture not to charge me or require a voucher for them. This kind of service brings back customers who are likely to spend more than just on the free donuts. Kudos to him! The young man who helped me had long blonde hair and even asked if I wanted a certain flavor in my cappuccino. I completely blanked on that at first, but then I said yes! He truly made my day better. It’s about more than just the free donuts; this was also a nice addition to the price of a large iced coffee. Estero runs this Dunkin’ with excellence.
