Cleanliness was another issue; several diners noted unclean tables, prompting some to take matters into their own hands. Service speed was inconsistent, with complaints about long wait times and frustrating experiences during busy hours. A positive incident stood out, however, as an attentive employee went above and beyond to assist a customer using crutches, showcasing the potential for excellent customer service in the restaurant.

Ordered online picked it up and it looked liked someone punched it the bowl was maybe half full barely any steak
First time dining in this Chipotle restaurant. We ordered steak bowl it was tasting good but comparing to other Chipotle locations the portions were small. The employee's were nice and friendly, the restaurant wasn't that crowded. My only Note tothem is they should care more about cleaning there were not much clean tables I cleaned our table by myself, cleaning should bethe priority of restaurant specially nowadays with all these Viruses and bacteria's.
Probably the worst chipotle to visit in Naples/Estero. I asked about guac and he gave me a 1oz instead of the typical 4oz I even asked him to put it in the portions they offer, but still decided not to fill it. no zilantro in the rice at all, drilling looked like mud, huh was much too over boiled and line was dirty. I will never return to this place again.
I ordered a bowl last night (11/18/22), and everything seemed fine while I was eating. However, I became quite ill from around 2 AM until 11 AM the next morning. I didn't eat anything else that day. My bowl had chicken, steak, and lettuce, so I'm unsure what caused the issue. I've decided that I will avoid this location in the future.
This restaurant used to be amazing, but the management has really allowed it to decline. The food is now just mediocre, the service is always slow, and the manager's attitude is particularly unpleasant. While I'm not ready to completely give up on Chipotle, I have lost faith in this location, which is frustrating given its convenient proximity to my workplace.
