Auntie Anne's - Estero

I had the big blue raspberry lemonade, and it was fantastic! It was a hot day at Coconut Point, and the drink was just perfect for the occasion. My friend was attending a class at the Apple Store, where the noise level felt like a rock concert, so I needed to escape for a bit. Aunt Anne's had outdoor seating with tables and umbrellas, providing a lovely spot to relax and savor my lemonade. The ladies working there were friendly and polite, contributing to the delightful atmosphere at Aunt Anne's.

The pretzels here are absolutely amazing! The service is quick and very friendly. I have to say, they have the best soft pretzels I've ever tasted!

We ordered three recommended dishes and were informed there would be a 10-minute wait for one of them, which was fine. However, when the food arrived, my pulpit was ice cold—not just warm, but cold, like it had been taken straight from a cooler. The hot dog bites were so rich and buttery that they were still edible, albeit at least warm. I suppose I misjudged how much butter a hot dog needed, but the cold food was unacceptable. This may have just been my experience, but since it was my first visit, I can't see any reason to return.

The food is good, but the service is not, cashier is very bad at multitasking. I ordered and was told a ten-minute wait, after ten minutes I got on the window, so cashier could see me, but refused to acknowledge me, so I came in line behind 5 people and at the time I got into the window it was now 22 minutes into this whole transaction, only that they pulled my order out of the heat lamp that sits there since the first of these five people ordered it... as someone who works in customers. Like I said big tents, service needs some attention.

Although the gentleman was polite it was disappointing that they only had large cinnamon nuggets. The 2 sets of individuals in-front of me wanted the smaller size they only had the large. Common sense would be break the larger ones down to smaller and they could have double if the quantity. Needless to say I didn?t order anything.
