We waited for 45 minutes only to be told the kitchen was closed and there would be no more food. The second and third time we were met with a sign saying «Hoy Cerrado/Today Closed» despite the FB page and homepage and Tripadvisor all saying the place should be open. A bad joke.

A small family run Tapas Bar with the lovely Amina front of house ensuring all of her customers receive and enjoy a special evening. There are 15 items on the main Tapas menu including a speciality of the day. Individual Tapas range in price from €3.00 to €4.00 however there is a very good value offer where if you order either 4, 6, or 8 Tapas the overall price works out at €3.00 per item. We tried 8 of the Tapas costing us €24.00; all of which were delicious, our favourites being the Lemon Fried Chicken, the Swedish Meatballs, the Homemade Blue Cheese Croquettes, and Spicy Pork Sausages. I just wished I could have tried the rest of the menu; maybe next time we come. The menu also offers XL (double size) portions of the 15 Tapas as well as another offer for multiple orders, along with Vegetarian options, Chips, and Sandwiches. A very extensive beer, wine, and spirits menu at really reasonable prices; what’s not to like about Bar Hopper ? Our final bill along with 3 pints of draught beer came to €36.50. Hats off to the chef but the star of the show is Amina with her unique brand of humour and banter, who didn’t stop from the moment she opened the doors at 19:00; seating customers, serving drinks, taking orders, serving meals, all with a great big friendly smile (even finding time to take a few photos when asked) so thank you from us; we’ll be back. As per other reviews tables are limited so make sure you get there nice and early; to miss out on this eatery would be a shame.
