This nippy, classy restaurant produces simple but delectable dishes halfway between comfort food and 'fine dining '. We are vegetarians, and ate well, from the exquisitely flavoured tomato sauce served with maccherone to the pasta e fagioli to excellent contorni and imaginative desserts. The wine list is very good too. Meat eaters would be in seventh heaven this is prosciutto country. When in Este, Le Strie is essentially where you 'd eat.
