The Old Mill - Estancia

In the past, this restaurant was my go-to place for dining out as I try to support local businesses as much as possible. I have been a regular customer since it was first opened by the Lutrick family. However, my most recent visit has completely changed my opinion. The quality of the food was extremely poor - I couldn't even eat the burrito or burger, and even my dogs, who usually eat anything, refused to touch it. I am not sure where they are sourcing their ingredients from, but what we received today was unacceptable. I would not recommend trying any beef dishes from this place, and I am suspicious of the quality of other ingredients being used as well. It's disappointing to see the decline in quality at the Old Mill, which used to offer good food and service. I have reached out to the owners for a refund, and regardless of the outcome, my negative review stands. Update: I spoke with the supervisor, Miranda, who tried to defend the restaurant's busyness but I insisted on speaking with the owner, Martha. Despite my request, Miranda hung up on me. I will wait to see if Martha calls me back. I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant and recommend saving your money for elsewhere.
