The hotel is entirely staffed by women which is nice and might be because of the hotel’s name. It seems popular with Belgians but I don’t know why. It’s a 1990’s building and the outside and rooms maybe need a refresh but it has a magnificent view over the town The restaurant has well presented food and the service is excellent. Champagne available by the glass. Reasonable prices. View all feedback.
What Ղազարոս Աբգարյան doesn't like about Les Demoiselles:
Dit hotel, het vroeger les Canotier, is volledig overgenomen door nieuwe eigenaars, die het een nieuwe start hebben gegeven. Beiden komen ze niet uit de horeca, maar doen ze hun uiterste best om het de gasten zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het ontbijt was OK, maar was niet echt uitgebreid. We hebben hen de tip gegeven om toch ook eitjes te voorzien, wat ze zeer positief hebben opgenomen, en in de toekomst zullen voo... View all feedback.
This hotel is not to be missed! The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with heating and air conditioning. But the restaurant is the absolute star! Loïc is the young chef who has the ability to prepare delicious cuisine for all tastes. Under the training of Frederic, himself a brilliant chef, Loïc is a gem in the kitchen. The œufs mollet with truffles is high on the recommended list, as well as the supreme de pintade. The bruschetta also is a very tasty entre, and the rouget fillets with risotto are delicious. To find such talent in a hotel is a delight. The waitress also was extremely pleasant and helpful. A very memorable stay. Will definitely visit again very soon.
Our business lunch was a huge success at this location. The portions were arranged by a chef de cuisine who knows his work. The champagne is, of course, excellent. Only the small menu and the old fashioned style of the restaurant where a (very) small minus.
We enjoyed the most wonderful food, wine and service at Les Demoiselles we will definitely be returning.
We heard that this hotel was under new management and was back to the high standard of the original owners. When we last stayed there it had gone downhill big style. We decided to give it a go for one night en route and were so delighted we booked it for a further two nights on our way back home. All the staff were really welcoming and were clearly trying to reclaim the original high standard. We were there for World Cup final night and this added to the celebratory atmosphere. The room was lovely and well equipped with the aircon being most welcome in the high temperatures we encountered. The pool was well maintained and nice to cool off in. The views from the rooms and the terrace overlooking the village and the countryside are very nice. The quality of the breakfast and evening meals was very high with a wide choice of menus available in the evening.
