Mcdonald's - Essexville

My mother and I bring my children at least once a week to eat and play. The staff is so friendly. I love the new room!

This McDonald's has made ALWAYS customers first. The management team is working hard to see that everything is running smoothly and will go through quickly. I understand that they are HUMAN and if you take the cars they do in an hour, not to mention a day that sometimes mistakes happen. That means if I had a problem (which is not often) they have always done it right! Best McD's around!!!!

Two of my children Happy Meals were packed without the toy. Because they were disappointed, I called the manager. She was extremely apologetic and immediately offered several options to correct the situation. I went back and not only the bag had two toys, but also two apple cakes, which was an unexpected treat. The kids were happy and I too. Thank you very much. I appreciate your hard work and fast service.

The person who took our order was so nice and they took us all out of the car as quickly as possible without screwing anything.

Very polite and helpful staff.. Chicken nuggets, fries and hash browns were lukewarm which was a bummer but shakes and breakfast sandwich was on point. Clean and nice play area for kids.. Lounge for adults to relax in comfort while kids play.. Wi Fi access as well.. Enjoyable experience.. Wish food was as good as the facility is.. Family friendly for sure!! : :
